Currently, I am focusing all my energy towards my Brokerage – Bokor Realty. I utilize my knowledge as an Appraiser in my business each and every day. My Appraisers license status is active, but I am dedicated to assisting Buyers and Sellers with all their real estate needs. My mission is to educate the public about the current Real Estate market trends. A better understanding of the market will help in making a good decision. I enjoy keeping friends and clients aware of current issues impacting our local Real Estate market via social media (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn) and welcome questions from interested parties. I have worked and lived in Hillsborough County for most of the past 20 years with a majority of time spent in the Brandon/Valrico/Riverview/Fishhawk area.

For the past 3 years, my time was primarily dedicated to acquisition, rehab, and resale of Real Estate as investment opportunities for my personal business as well as outside investors. The knowledge gained during this phase of my career proved to be invaluable as it presented not only the opportunity to further strengthen my negotiation skills, but it also presented the opportunity to develop connections with representatives of local asset management companies.

Additionally, I have extensive knowledge of the Short Sale process beginning with the initial listing of a potential short sale through the never-ending, back-and-forth negotiations with the Owners / Lenders / Creditors and eventually ending with a successful closing – and averting a potential foreclosure!
